All Balls STARTER MOTORS
"All Balls": starter motors are designed specifically for Harley-
Davidson motorcycles and are 100% made in Canada from new parts
only. They are very competitively priced and are often cheaper than
other company's rebuilds. The clever design allows the use of these
starters on all Big-Twin and Twin-Cam models from 1989 thru 2006,
except 2006 Dyna models (OEM 31552-89A, 31553-90 and 31553-
94). Available are a stock replacement 1.4 kW starter in black or
chrome/polished for stock and slightly modified motors, a 1.6 kW
starter in black or chrome/polished for performance engines like the
S&S V96, and a High Performance 1.7 kW version with
chrome/polished finish for highly modified engines, Big Bore and
Stroker motors.The motor section of the 1.6 and 1.7 kW versions are
1/2" (13 mm) longer than stock. Installation on FLH and FLT series
models require the modification of the oil tank filler tube. "All Balls"
starters are supplied complete with their own performance curve and
are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
