Zodiac frame 200-up zwenkarmset
Due to the construction of the engine and transmission set up of the Twin Cam Softail it is not possible to offset the transmission to make room for 200 or bigger tires.
The Wide and Extra Wide swingarm kits enable you to mount up to 250 monster tires in your stock Softail.
The Wide tire kit will accept 200 tires on a 6 1/2" rim using the stock width belt.
The Extra Wide swingarm takes 240 and 250 wide tires on an 8" or 8 1/2" wide rim with the stock width belt.
Kit contains a swingarm with wheel axle, a complete 12 or 25mm primary offset kit with a primary spacer ring, crankshaft extension and extension nut, primary gasket kit, extended transmission main shaft and main drive gear, extended starter motor coupling and extended primary bolts.
Our trick caliper bracket enables you to use the stock rear caliper.
For 230 tires on a 15" steel rim a small modification of the OEM caliper may be needed, 15" cast or billet wheels require the use of a custom rear caliper and 10" disc brake rotor.
Tabs for the belt guard are welded in place. Due to the variety of wheels, fenders, fender struts, and wheel spacers, these are not included.
